Icon Complex

A mixed- use complex consist of 2 towers and a parking building podium. This property is currently being developed with a 4-level parking basement already completed. Located on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, this complex will provide office spaces, 5 star hotel and luxury residences. The facilities will include a ballroom, meeting rooms and F&B outlets. Tower 1 will be one of  Jakarta’s supertall high -rise structures.

PT. Banten Energy International - Industrial Estate in Banten Province

PT. Banten Energy International  possesses location permit for the development of industrial estate located in Serang area, Banten Province.  The estate encompasses a sprawling expanse of approximately 1,868 hectares of land for the development of the industrial zone and its accompanying residential development. This region spans across five villages: Pegadingan, Pejaten, Pamengkang, Toyomerto, and Tonjong.

 

Positioned within the strategic area of the West Serang Industrial Zone in Banten, this location enjoys the support of comprehensive industrial infrastructure, including but not limited to power distribution and substations, the Jakarta-Merak Toll Road, the Jakarta-Merak railway line, proximity to the Cigading, Ciwandan, and Merak seaports, and a coastal stretch extending over 1.2 kilometers with sea depths ranging from approximately 2 to 5 meters.

 

The development of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road will further augment the network of expressways, facilitating convenient access to the Serang Industrial Estate, thereby elevating the value industrial estates in and around Serang.

​PT. Mitra Terminal Transporter - Industrial Estate in South Sumatra Province

PT. Mitra Terminal Transporter owns an extensive plot of land of approximately 300 hectares designated for an industrial estate.  This land is located in the village of TelukPayo, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. Given the significant potential of natural resources available in the region,  the estate will perfectly fit for the industrial development  of rubber, palm oil, coal and other commodities.
 

The estate is strategically located and therefore is very suitable for industrial development, due to its proximity to the Tanjung Api-Api port and  Jl. Tanjung Api-Api thoroughfare.  Additionally, the estate is located alongside the Telang River and is close to the National Strategic Project,  Tanjung Carat Special Economic Zone, which envisages the construction of a deep-sea port with depths ranging from 12 to 18 meters capable of hosting substantial vessels.  Moreover, its proximity to the city of Palembang, a bustling city of business activities further adds to its appeal as an industrial estate.

Land at Jl. Mas Mansyur

The group has a land bank located within the Golden Triangle of Jakarta.  Its location is central in Jakarta’s most prime business district.  The land plot is approximately 1.9 ha in size.  As the location is central, there are options for its intended purpose, e.g. data center, commercial and residential buildings, or a combination of these three.  The surrounding area is filled with skyscrapers for office and residential uses, as well as malls, primary and secondary schools, universities, embassies, data centers, and government offices.  The property is also within walking distance from two MRT stops, i.e. Bendungan Hilir and Setiabudi.  It is also easily accessible from train stations for commuters at Karet Station.  Also not far is Dukuh Atas, the hub for Jakarta metropolitan transportation which connects various transportation methods, i.e. MRT, Trans Jakarta Busway, Commuter Line and Airport Train Station.

Land at Pondok Bambu

The group also has a land bank at Pondok Bambu.  Pondok Bambu is a residential district in East Jakarta.  Residential housings, shop houses, schools, offices are all within its vicinity.    As property is strategically located within East Jakarta city with more than 3 million population, the property designation is good for residential mid-rise towers.   The land side is approximately 2.0 ha.  The group has preliminary design for 4 towers of 16-level residential buildings of various sizes of bedrooms.
